Foundations Homeschool Co-op is a once-a-week gathering of homeschool families who each give of their own unique gifts and talents to serve each other for the sake of building community, fostering a love of learning, and growing together in Christ. Our goal is to assist families in raising God-honoring independent thinkers and life-long lovers of learning. Our co-op is a place where children from preschool-highschool can discover, explore, make choices, experiment, think, create, and identify the gifts that God has given them.
We strive to put Christ first and our classes are taught from a biblical world-view. We hope to provide educational experiences that are not easily created in a home setting and to provide an opportunity for families to fellowship and support each other in the Lord. We want to provide the children with the opportunity to function in a group setting, practice their leadership and mentoring skills, and ignite the passion of discovery under adult leadership.
Our hope is that students leave Foundations not only with a love of learning, but with a strong foundation in Christ, confidence in who God created them to be, and meaningful relationships that continue well beyond their years in co-op.
